We used organic evaporated cane juice as our main sweetener, some items use Erythitol, Organic Agave Nectar or Grade A honey.
My husband has celiac disease, In 2012, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease, many suggested a gluten free diet is the way to go, I was also diagnosed with Gluten Intolerant in 2017 due to iron deficiency anemia.
